At The Customer is the Hero Live Sales Workshop, that’s exactly what you’ll do. In this one-day virtual workshop, you’ll learn the five parts of The Customer is the Hero Sales Framework and how to implement it so you can start closing more deals.
You’ll also work with a Certified Coach in a small breakout group to create your sales talking points into a ready-to-go script (your SalesScript) in just one day. After the workshop, you’ll leave with a SalesScript that’s clear and helps you close more sales by inviting customers into a story.

The Customer is the Hero Live Sales Workshop is a virtual one-day, eight-hour event with a one-hour lunch break. See the full schedule below.
The Customer is the Hero Live Sales Workshop is a completely virtual event. Before the event, you’ll receive a link where you’ll access the livestream. You’ll watch live sessions from Donald Miller and participate in virtual breakout rooms all from the comfort of your home or office.
Each coaching group will have a maximum of eight people. The VIP registration gives you an even smaller group of only four people, giving you more time with your coach.
Yes! All registrants will have access to a replay of the Livestream (not coaching breakout sessions) for two full weeks afterward. You will receive an email to the address you used during registration. That email will arrive within a week of event completion.
If you are able to safely gather in the exact same location, only one registration is needed for the livestream. To maintain the promised coach to participant ratios in the coaching breakout sessions, only the person(s) registered will be allowed access into the dedicated Zoom coaching room. If, however, you need multiple registrations, it is possible to ensure you are placed in the same breakout coaching group. Please provide a list of participants via email to hello@businessmadesimple.com.
